It consists of understanding your needs and expectations.
We will learn your motives for selling, your expectations regarding sales price
& terms as well as key drivers for your business. Typically this is done in
an initial meeting which will allow us to define the consulting engagement
objectives as well as required data needs.

an initial meeting which will allow us to define the consulting engagement
objectives as well as required data needs.
Phase III consists of on-going monitoring to ensure the
recommended actions are being implemented per the agreed upon schedule.
Typically this involves two brief updates monthly. Implementation is your
responsibility but implementation assistance is available if needed through
Sunbelt or one of our partners
