  Step 1  
   
You’ll complete a short, 2-page questionnaire and then have a 10-15 minute phone call with a coach to determine two things: Can your business benefit from coaching and are you, as the business owner, committed to making the changes and doing the work necessary to take your business to the next level.. If we see potential value in working together we will provide you with additional information on our coaching programs and schedule the next step.

  Step 2  
   
You'll complete a more-detailed questionnaire prior to the complementary coaching session (CCS) to make the most effective use of our time together. We’ll start off with some additional information about how business coaching can help businesses and then we’ll dive into your business details and identify areas where we could improve performance and results. We'll discuss the base to understand what the starting point is and then we’ll show you several solutions or improvements and what your business could be producing with those changes. If we can both see the value and benefits of working together, we will ask you to make an investment so we can get started as soon as possible.
  Step 3  
   
Once we decide to work together, we will schedule The Alignment Consultation or Alignment Day.
It is your chance to have a Business Coach evaluate your business and personal goals to identify areas of untapped potential or required change.
The Alignment Consultation starts with an in-depth look at your goals, both business and personal, the sales and marketing strategies you have used previously and what results were achieved. The Alignment Consultation is a road map for the future of your business. It will give you a complete list of strategies and ideas that you are not currently using in your business, as well as identifying those you are using that could do with some improvements.
The process of going through the Alignment ensures you, your life and/or business partners and your entire Team are clear on your goals and objectives, before we begin to change anything. This is vitally important to ensure we are able to clearly identify what each person is striving to achieve.
The first step to the Alignment Consultation is to complete a detailed Excel-based assessment and email it to the coach. We will then arrange a suitable time to conduct the consultation. The Alignment Consultation takes between 3 and 4 hours for individuals and can be done face to face or over the phone. All decision makers need to be involved in this process The Alignment Day is designed for those businesses with four or more Team members and includes a full day of training, planning, goal setting and gaining congruence on the future of your business.
  Step 4  
   
The Mentor Program is the key to the success that we get with our clients. Once we've completed the Alignment Consultation we will have identified the key strategies for improving your business for the first 12 months. The basis of the mentor program is to coach you in the implementation of the strategies recommended in the alignment report. As we coach & mentor, we educate you, encourage you, and help you deal with any challenges that arise in your business. More importantly, the mentor program makes you accountable to someone, so the job gets done in the shortest period of time, rather than getting put off. The mentor program is a 12-36 month program that is really designed to teach you how to implement the strategies, so you can then use these strategies on this business, or any other business you choose to own in the future.
     
Our goal is to pay for ourselves in 90-days through increased revenue and decreased costs.
